The successful candidate will be fluent in German, highly organised, and confident communicating with international clients in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle ferry booking enquiries from English and German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chatProcess and charge bookings accurately before passing them to the administration teamProvide expert sales support, advising customers on routes, schedules, and pricingAssist with booking amendments and cancellations in line with company policiesAssess customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options, including upselling additional services where appropriateMaintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with relevant standardsLiaise with internal departments such as finance and operations to ensure a smooth customer journeyDeliver excellent customer service, responding promptly and professionally in both German and EnglishSkills & ExperienceFluency in German is essentialStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively xjdpvnf within a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentBenefitsCompany pensionFree on-site parking22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidaysSalary 28,000 paWorking Hours & LocationBased on-site at offices near DoverMonday to Friday: 8:00am 5:00pm (3 weeks out of 4)8:30am 5:30pm (1 week out of 4)One Saturday morning in 6 (9:00am 12:00pm)One UK Bank Holiday (9:00am 12:00pm)
