Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Reliability Engineer:Working with the factory management team to ensure development, promotion and implementation of Company, Factory and Team plansProvision of engineering and technical expertise to facilitate the application of IMS tools and techniques to generate Continuous Improvement across all areas of the manufacturing capabilityThe collection, assimilation and analysis of engineering, production and process data and its effective use to develop and achieve key targets and objectivesEncourage and promote team-working at all times, nurturing ideas, opinions and a positive continuous improvement culturePlanning and managing improvement projects, contribute to the budgeting process and potential Capital SpendSupporting the development of the Engineering Team and back up the electrical departmentDeputising for the Engineering ManagerPromoting the highest Health xjdpvnf and Safety standards to ensure a safe working environment. Required experience and Qualifications Required for Reliability Engineer:Engineering experience in a similar process environmentQualified to HNC level or equivalent in an engineering discipline (preferably electrical bias)Ideally apprentice trained in electrical or mechanical engineeringRecognised Health and Safety experience and qualification; ideally NEBOSH certificateLeadership experience developing successful teamsDemonstrable experience of project managementKnowledge and experience of utilising and implementing Continuous Improvement such as Route Cause Analysis, 5S, Kaizen etc. If you are interested, please apply now
