In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while working closely with production, planning, and operations teams to ensure customer expectations and service levels are consistently met.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure departmental procedures are followed at all timesManage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring timely release to meet agreed due datesCreate order acknowledgements and new Finished Goods material codesCommunicate effectively with assigned customers, always striving to exceed expectationsLiaise with planning on artwork and repro requests and gain artwork approvalsEnsure orders are accurately priced and all artwork and origination costs are correctly charged to customersWork with transport suppliers to arrange collections and deliveriesRaise transport and ad-hoc purchase ordersProduce accurate stock and sales reportsMaintain prompt and accurate filing and archiving of customer orders and correspondenceMonitor and support achievement of departmental targets and KPIsProvide clear, concise, and timely information to customers and senior managementAdvise customers of lead times and proactively highlight any potential delays or issuesLiaise with internal and external departments, including requesting quotes from the commercial teamOrganise product samples as requiredBuild product knowledge through training and close collaboration with the sales teamUndertake additional ad-hoc tasks as requiredAlways maintain a professional mannerAbout YouPrevious experience in an Account Executive or similar customer-facing roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfident working in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused approachComfortable working cross-functionally with production, operations, sales, and commercial teamsComputer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookHow to ApplyIf youd like to join Graphic Packaging International and be part of a business that makes a real impact, apply today. xjdpvnf Please note: we do not offer sponsorship for this role.
