Planner31,572ChelmsfordPermanent, Full TimeRemember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.We are looking for a Planner to undertake effective planning work, coordination of teams, administrativedutiesand financial and statistical functions in support of all Operations teams providing excellent planned maintenance, responsive repairs, empty homes,complianceand grounds services.Whatyou'llbe doingCo-ordinate resources across alltradesteams, including contractors, to ensure that the right number of people with the right skills are in place to achieve businessobjectives.Effectively schedule all works, projects and inspections and organise materials,logistics, equipment and waste clearance to maximise the efficient use of resources, improve productivity and provide an excellent service to customers.Act as an ambassador to live Delta Housings values, takingappropriate actionto ensure that customers are well informed and feel safe in their homes, by collecting property data, checking customerdetailsand providingappropriate customeradvice and support.Undertake administrative,financialand analytical activities to support the general operation of the Operations team whererequired.Take responsibility, in conjunction with colleagues, for creating and implementing customer focussed business procedures / processes which ensureaccurate/ efficient work planning, administrative and support services, andeliminateany non-value activities for Operational teams.What we are looking forEvidence of attainment of good literacy and numeracy,eg, through GCSEs or equivalent) or equivalent demonstrable prior learning.Experience of office systems and procedures, ideally in a repairs reporting,maintenanceor scheduling role.High levelof computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word,Exceland Outlook).Experience of working in a customer focused environment.Able to prioritise work and manage conflicting deadlines.Please note the office expectancy of this role is as follows: This role would be expected in the office full time initially for a period of training which is about 6 months before adopting a hybrid working structure which is being in the office a minimum of 3 days a week and as and when required.BenefitsThe salary for this post will be 31,572 Per Annum.Learning and development opportunitiesHealthcare cash planRobust employee reward and recognition programmeFree and confidential Employee Assistance ProgrammeVolunteering programmeCompetitive pension scheme25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays and 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year.37 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need.
