You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business challenges into data-driven strategies, shaping, prototyping and consulting on innovative technology concepts and AI solutions that drive measurable impact. This role also contributes to the growth and development of our AI Consulting capability within the UK market. You will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client discovery sessions and pre-sales activities, proposal creation, identifying technology and AI opportunities and defining project scopeProven GenAI and LLM expertise, from RAG and fine-tuning to observability, focused on driving measurable business outcomesAdvise on technology and architecture decisions, balancing cost, risk, and performanceAdvising on end-to-end technology and AI projects, ensuring quality, stakeholder alignment, and business impactAny other reasonable requests in line with your job roleSkills And ExperienceEssentialProven experience in technology and AI consulting incl software development with a strong track record of delivering business valueProficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)Experience with AI/ML tools (e.g., Jupyter, MLflow, Vertex AI, Azure ML, Amazon SageMakerExperience of creating delivery client-facing proof of conceptsStrong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps best practicesExperience with Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)DesirableDegree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldPersonal AttributesStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent xjdpvnf communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business languageProactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindsetBenefits25 days holiday, plus bank holidays plus birthday paid each yearSick leave following probation (20 days per each rolling period each year)Pension contribution is 10% employer from qualifying earnings following auto enrolment after 3 months servicePrivate medical insurance via AXA after 6 months of serviceLife assurance (5 x salary) after 6 months' serviceAccess to a free Eye voucher with Specsavers and a Flu vaccination with BootsAccess to the cycle-to-work schemeEnhanced parental leave
