Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Banbury Pay Rate: 13.59 per hour (rising to 14.76 once fully trained) Contract Type: Temporary Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotational Shifts) Week 1: 6:00am 2:00pm Week 2: 2:00pm 10:00pm Overview We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Banbury. This is a temporary role, offering full-time hours and the opportunity to develop your skills within a busy manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities Operating machinery in line with training and safety procedures. Assisting with general production and manufacturing tasks. Loading and unloading materials. Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Supporting other departments as required. Requirements Previous experience within a production, or manufacturing environment preferred. Machine operating experience is advantageous. FLT (Forklift Truck) experience or licence is beneficial. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotational shifts. Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
