Full Time 37.5 hours per week, part time considered (minimum 30 hours per week), 9-5 Monday Friday + weekend on-call rota About us Princess Alice Hospice is a charity supporting people in life, death and grief. About the Hospice at Home team Our Hospice at Home service brings the skills and expertise of our highly trained specialist team directly into patients homes. This enables patients, families and carers to receive vital, compassionate support where they feel most comfortable and supported. About the role We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Specialist Nurse / Practitioner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Hospice at Home team. In this role, you will work closely with Clinical Nurse Specialists to support service developments that help more people achieve their preferred place of care. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality palliative care in the community, responding sensitively to the needs of patients and those close to them. You will hold a relevant degree or diploma and demonstrate proven experience in caring for terminally ill patients. Experience in palliative care or oncology is essential. About you You are motivated, adaptable and open to innovative ways of delivering care that reach more patients in the community. You thrive in a multidisciplinary environment and bring compassion, professionalism and strong communication skills to your practice.
