Production Operative Highbridge 14.72-15.47 per hour Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Looking for a hands-on role with a well-established production company? Our client in Highbridge is seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Production Operative to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in the production process. Shift Pattern (Rotating, MondayFriday) Week 1: 06:00 14:30 Week 2: 14:00 22:30 Week 3: 22:00 06:30 Key Responsibilities Operating and monitoring production machinery Setting up equipment and adjusting where required Blending and processing powder-based products using specialist machinery Carrying out routine machine inspections and reporting faults Supporting packing, labelling and order preparation Completing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Assisting with general production and warehouse duties What We're Looking For Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating role is beneficial A practical, technically minded approach with good problem-solving skills Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, flexible and able to work rotating shifts ?
