The Pallet Network in Swadlincote is recruiting night-shift drivers to join our busy operation. This is not a beginner role! we need highly skilled, confident drivers who can work quickly, accurately, and safely in a demanding pallet network setting. What Were Looking For: Minimum 3 years experience operating a counterbalance forklift Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-moving warehouse Strong awareness of safety procedures and pallet network operations Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain pace throughout the shift Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence Shift & Pay Nights only Monday to Friday (no weekends) 8.5 hours per shift 16.14 per hour Role Responsibilities Loading and unloading trailers within tight time windows Moving pallets quickly and safely across the warehouse Working as part of a coordinated night team Maintaining accuracy under pressure Supporting smooth flow of freight through the network Why Join Us?
