*Registered Manager – Adult Residential Care**Location:* Llandudno*Salary:* £33,280 per annum*Hours:* 40 hours per weekAre you an experienced leader in adult social care? We’re looking for a *Registered Manager* to lead a residential service that supports adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses.This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a dedicated care team, ensure outstanding care delivery, and drive positive outcomes for the people we support.*Key Responsibilities:** Lead the day-to-day running of the service with a strong focus on person-centred care* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards (e.g. CQC)* Recruit, manage, and develop staff through coaching, supervisions, and appraisals* Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and support strategies* Promote independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion for all residents* Participate in an on-call rota providing leadership support*About You:** QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role within adult social care* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental health needs* Proven ability to manage teams and improve care quality* Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills* Committed to safeguarding, equality, and delivering high standards of care*Why Join?*This is more than a management role — it's a chance to make a real difference.
