Hart Gymnastics Club Fleet, Hampshire Location: Fleet GU52 Salary: 14.00 19.00 per hour (dependent on experience, coaching qualifications and responsibilities, with progression opportunities) Hours: Part-time / Full-time (evenings & weekends required) About the Role We are looking for a driven, organised and hands-on Programme Manager to take ownership of our recreational gymnastics programme.This is a key leadership role within the club, responsible for ensuring: High-quality, consistent coaching across all sessions A clear and engaging progression pathway for gymnasts A positive, professional experience for both members and staffYou will work closely with the Club Manager while taking day-to-day ownership of programme delivery. Key Responsibilities Programme Leadership Lead and develop the recreational gymnastics programme Implement structured progressions across all levels Ensure consistency in session delivery and class experience Support the pathway from recreational to squadCoaching & Staff Development Mentor and support coaching staff Lead by example xjdpvnf on the gym floor Conduct coach assessments and sign-offs Deliver staff training and uphold coaching standardsOperations & Delivery Oversee session delivery, timetables, and class structure Support staff rotas and ensure sessions are appropriately staffed Ensure equipment is set up safely and efficiently Maintain high standards of health and safety and safeguarding
