Job Description

Full-Time Office ManagerWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager for a fulltime Monday through Friday role, 8AM - 4PM. This position requires supervision of a small team -- two full-time and one part-time employee -- and a hands-on approach to daily operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service skills with proven administrative and accounting experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise 2 full-time and 1 part-time staff, including scheduling, and daily task coordination.Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Prepare biweekly payroll using ADP, ensuring accuracy of time records, deductions, and direct deposits.Assist with Human resources.Manage billing and reconciliation tasks using QuickBooks and Munilink billing software; produce regular reports as needed.Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis, reporting, and creating clear communications and documentation.Qualifications & AttributesCandidate must be detail orientated, dependable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work well with others and independently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are essential.
