This position is responsible for stocking products, collecting cash, cleaning machines, and ensuring vending machines are operating properly. The driver will represent the client company at each location and help maintain excellent customer service and route efficiency.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesRoute ExecutionComplete the assigned vending route on schedule each dayFollow the established service schedule and stop orderCommunicate any delays, route issues, or changes to Express or the client companyProduct Stocking & RotationStock vending machines to proper inventory levelsRotate products to maintain freshnessRemove expired, damaged, or unsellable itemsMaintain a clean and organized product display inside machinesCash HandlingCollect cash and coins from vending machines securelyReconcile collections with machine readings when requiredProtect company assets including keys, cash bags, and handheld devicesMachine Cleanliness & MaintenanceClean machine fronts, glass, and surrounding areasClear product jams and perform basic troubleshootingReport mechanical or service issues that require maintenanceDocumentation & ReportingTake clear, time-stamped photos at each service location if requiredDocument inventory levels, machine condition, and any issuesSubmit route and service updates through company systemsVehicle Care & SafetyMaintain a clean and organized company vehicleFollow all traffic laws and safe driving practicesReport any vehicle concerns or maintenance needs promptlyCustomer ServiceInteract professionally with customers and building staffMaintain a professional appearance while representing the companyAddress customer concerns or report them to managementQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the dayStrong time management and organizational skillsBasic mechanical troubleshooting ability preferredDependable with a strong customer service attitudeWork EnvironmentIndependent, route-based work environmentCombination of indoor and outdoor service locationsFrequent lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift#1437LIExpress Office: Grand Forks 3325 South Washington StreetGrand Forks, ND 58201
