Full-TimeLocation: Mercy Fitzgerald HospitalAs a Nurse Manager you will:The Manager is a Registered Nurse who is responsible and accountable for the coordination of all clinical activities and daily operations in both departments and works in conjunction with the staff to coordinate the care of all patients in the units. The Manager is responsible for all quality and safety outcomes and process improvement to create a "zero harm" culture. The Manager coordinates daily allocation of resources and promotes the development of work teams. This manager is responsible for the 18 Bed ICU and 12 bed PCU at Mercy Fitzgerald.Minimum Qualifications:Masters degree is required and may be in Nursing, a related health care field or Business Administration. One degree, either Bachelor's or Master's must be in Nursing.
