The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing diverse technology environments spanning cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and multi-platform endpoint devices. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of all IT systems while driving continuous improvement and innovation.__________________________________________________________________________Essential Job Responsibilities:Support and administer NetSuite ERP, coordinating with finance and operations teams on system configuration, customization, and integrations.Manage and maintain all enterprise technology systems including cloud infrastructure, business applications, and end-user computing environments.Oversee the administration of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including networking, identity management, and cost optimization.Administer and support Windows Virtual Server environments, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and performance.Manage Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business.Develop and enforce endpoint management policies using Microsoft Intune for Windows 11, Mac OS, iOS, and Android devices.Support and administer NetSuite ERP, coordinating with finance and operations teams on system configuration, customization, and integrations.Manage Adobe licensing, deployment, and support across the organization (Creative Cloud, Acrobat).Oversee DocuSign administration, template management, and user provisioning.Manage Zoom platform administration including licensing, room configurations, and webinar support.Develop and maintain IT security policies, access controls, and compliance standards across all platforms.Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, including system migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software licensing and IT services.Provide strategic direction for technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives.Supervise and mentor IT staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 administration, and Intuneendpoint management.Experience managing multi-platform environments including Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android.Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.Solid understanding of IT security principles, compliance frameworks, and data protection best practices.Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), or similar.Experience with SharePoint site architecture and governance.Familiarity with DocuSign API integrations and workflow automation.ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience.Experience with IT budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations. Soft Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinker with a proactive,
