Job FamilyManagement ConsultingTravel RequiredUp to 75%+Clearance RequiredNoneWhat You Will Do:Focus primarily on helping drive business development efforts across New York City government clients, expanding our footprint with strategy and technology consulting areasLead delivery teams on high impact State & Local Government client engagementsEstablish approaches to gather information from clients regarding client structure, process, technology and cultureFacilitate meetings with client stakeholders to gather informationIdentify and implementing overall program improvements for clientsEffectively leverage project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coachingDrive business development activities including RFP responses and proposal developmentWhat You Will Need:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/universityMinimum of 8+ (EIGHT) years of experience in the public sectorMinimum of 4+ (FOUR) years of experience in State & Local GovernmentCritical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client's management and operational challengesFamiliarity with New York City Government practicesStrong professional network and/or experience in state and local government in New York CityMust currently reside within New York City metropolitan areaProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience managing projects and junior & mid-level staffAbility to lead account planning and target new business opportunities that support relevant practice development goals and objectives Ability to travel to client locations, GH Office locations and as needed to support business development activities within and outside of the New York City marketWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Experience managing challenging projects and serving clientsExperience facilitating meetings and public speaking with large groupsManagement consulting skills such as project management, financial modeling, operational modeling, and stakeholder managementThe annual salary range for this position is $162,000.00-$270,000.00.
