Company Overview: We are seeking a Senior Consultant level consultant with deep expertise in Change Management and Adoption to support high-impact transformation initiatives across life sciences organizations. This role is ideal for candidates coming from Big 4 or top-tier consultancies who want to combine structured change methodologies with hands-on client leadership to drive measurable adoption and sustained business outcomes.You will lead change and adoption workstreams across digital, data, and operating model transformations, partnering closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and long-term behavioral change. You will also contribute to firm growth through proposal development and thought leadership.This role will be hybrid based out of NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, or Raleigh. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criterion.Key Responsibilities:Change Management & Adoption StrategyLead end-to-end change management strategies across transformation initiatives, including digital, data, and process implementationsConduct stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluationsDevelop and execute communication, engagement, and training strategies to drive adoptionDefine and track adoption KPIs, success metrics, and behavioral outcomes to measure impactIdentify and mitigate change risks to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoptionAdoption & EnablementDesign and deliver training programs, workshops, and enablement materials tailored to diverse stakeholder groupsDrive user adoption across new systems, tools, and operating modelsPartner with business and technology teams to embed change into day-to-day operationsSupport cultural and behavioral change initiatives aligned to transformation goalsClient & Engagement LeadershipManage multi-workstream consulting engagements, overseeing teams, timelines, and deliverablesServe as a day-to-day client lead, engaging stakeholders across R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and OperationsFacilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-makingTranslate complex transformation initiatives into clear, actionable, executive-ready recommendationsTeam Development & Firm GrowthMentor and develop junior consultants, providing coaching and quality oversightContribute to business development, proposal development, and account expansionSupport service line growth through development of change management methodologies, tools, and best practicesRequirements:4-10+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or Adoption within life sciences or consultingConsulting experience strongly preferred, particularly from Big 4 or top-tier firmsProven experience leading change workstreams for digital, data, or operating model transformationsStrong understanding of life sciences business functions (R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, or Operations)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneouslyExperience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) preferredExcellent client-facing, storytelling, and executive communication skillsExperience designing and delivering training and enablement programsExposure to digital transformation initiatives (e.g., CRM, data platforms, AI tools) preferredTrack record of contributing to business development or account growth preferredAdvanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000.
