We operate under a decentralized business model that emphasizes autonomy and leadership while also requiring effective communication with multiple functions, key contacts, and local business operations.Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President/GM, in this critical role you will lead, direct, and manage multiple manufacturing sites within the region. Additionally, you will be responsible for Safety, Quality, Productivity, Housekeeping, Preventative Maintenance, Regulatory Compliance, Talent Development, and overall financial results of your assigned several manufacturing sites in the Northeast.In this fast paced, growing organization those that are highly motivated and driven to results will have the opportunity to succeed and advance.Job LocationThis is a remote role based role when not traveling to our plants this person must reside in the greater Pittsburgh, PA, Boston, MA, Hartford, CT or Buffalo, NY markets.Job ResponsibilitiesManages across assigned manufacturing sites to align and maximize Safety, Quality, Productivity, House Keeping and Preventative MaintenanceEnsures all OSHA and other regulatory compliance is maintainedBuilds competent leadership teams in each location and supports them through employee developmentLeads ad hoc project teams to support customer solutions and capital improvementsResearches and implements manufacturing best practicesBreaks down annual/monthly goals into meaningful metrics for each plant, and holds team members accountable for achieving desired resultsLeads production planning to balance demand at lowest cost and highest service levelsDrives continuous improvement and operational excellenceCoach and mentor Plant Managers to boost efficiencies, control costs, and maximize plant capabilitiesCollaborate with regional leaders to achieve collective goalsFacilitate accurate reporting of production and inventoryJob RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or other technical field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management or equivalent transferable experiencesStrong financial acumen with demonstrated results in P&L managementProven ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically as well as maintain relationships as they change over timeAbility to thrive and adapt in a fast paced, stressful, dynamic, and changing work environmentAbility to travel up to 75%Strong interpersonal and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environmentCompensationBase salary is $125,000 - $150,000Annual bonus eligible401(k) / retirement savings programShort- term and long-term disability benefitsLife insuranceHealth, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
