Additional duties will involve scanning e-logs, maintenance records and other related documents, coordinating corporate travel, planning, and setting up office events, and other support/administrative duties. Must have the ability to work with various schedules; must have sound business judgement, excellent communication skills, and professional presentation. You will handle a wide variety of complex and confidential situations with diplomacy and discretion.Key Responsibilities:Provide primary phone coverage as the office reception. Screen and route incoming callsGreet and screen visitors to determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate personSupport employees by maintaining inventory of required office and kitchen suppliesCoordinate meeting scheduling with OEM Partner and CAMP officesScan documents and aircraft logbooksSort and distributes mail, packages, and ship packages via Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.Performs other administrative/clerical duties as neededManage the conference room reservationsPlace service calls on office equipment as requiredMaintaining executive calendars and scheduling appointments, conferences, and events; including travel arrangements and preparing business expense reportsMaintain highest level of confidentiality with respect to the office and its departmentsCoordinate and assist with projects as needed including preparation of spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.Recording, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutesMaintain and coordinate the inter-office Birthday and Anniversary scheduleEnsure the office care is properly taken care ofPlace service calls on vending machines and makes refund requests as required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.Two (2)-Five (5) years previous experience as an Administrator/Assistant or experience as a receptionist/office support in a corporate environment preferredExperience working in and around aviation preferredMust possess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in document management a plusAdvanced computer skills, superior proficiency level in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent ability to work with various peers in a strong team-centered environmentOrganizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyWhy Work at CAMP?Join a culture where your ideas matter, your impact is real, and your growth is supported.
