Property Manager | $100k-$110k base salary | Bethesda, MDYour new companyHays have partnered with a national REIT, who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to lead a premier retail and mixed-use asset within their Bethesda portfolio.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to take the next step in their retail property management career and play an important role contributing to the performance of a high-performing region.Your new roleAs the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across the assigned assets, ensuring the delivery of first-class relationships with tenants and addressing concerns promptly to support long-term retention. Reporting into the Regional Property Manager, this role will execute the asset's strategic business plan, with responsibility spanning financial performance, operations, and community engagement. Duties include oversight of routine maintenance and capital improvements, financial reporting (operating budgets, tracking expenses, CAM recoveries), and supervising vendors to maintain high-quality property standards.
