Job SummaryThe Junior Admin Officer duties include offering administrative support to our Miami team and providing all administrative tasks to the highest standard.ResponsibilitiesIncludes but not limited to:Answer phone and direct calls to the appropriate colleaguesManaging incoming/outgoing mail and sending of documents by courierPerform basic office tasks like photocopying, printing, scanningDuties to include filling, record keeping and manage office suppliesMaintain an organized, tidy office environment. Manage the printer, shredder etcBook and manage meeting roomManage notarizations, apostilles and arrange for copy certificatesMake appointments for BDMs when neededOffering administrative support to colleagues across the organization on occasionSupport in any ad-hoc projects as directedQualificationsMinimum academic Requirement: High school diploma or equivalentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States of AmericaBe fluent in written and spoken English; other languages will be a plusSchedule:9:00AM-5:00PMMonday to FridayWork Location: In person
