Join a Dynamic Team - HR & Legal Recruiting Assistant Opportunity!Aspen Careers is partnering with a respected law firm seeking an organized, polished HR & Legal Recruiting Assistant to support both Human Resources and Legal Recruiting functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating moving pieces, working with attorneys and candidates, and playing a key role in creating a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.Job Title: HR & Legal Recruiting AssistantLocation: To be added, including in-person, hybrid, or remote detailsWhy You Should Apply:Play a central role in attorney, summer associate, paralegal, and staff recruitingSupport all phases of hiring, from interview scheduling through onboardingAssist with law school outreach, OCI coordination, résumé collection, and campus recruiting logisticsHelp plan and execute summer associate events, orientation, and program trackingPartner closely with HR, IT, and Practice Group Leaders to ensure a strong new-hire experienceGain exposure to attorney recruiting, professional development, performance management, and employee engagement initiativesJoin a role with variety, visibility, and meaningful impact across the firmThe Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience1-3 years of experience in HR support, recruiting coordination, or administrative operationsStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookComfortable working in ATS and HRIS systemsProfessional presence with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, staff, candidates, and outside partnersExperience in a law firm or professional services environment preferredFamiliarity with legal recruiting cycles, OCI, attorney onboarding, and platforms such as Symplicity or 12Twenty preferredStrong analytical, planning, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilitiesAbout the Firm:Supports both Human Resources and Legal Recruiting in a fast-paced professional environmentValues strong coordination, confidentiality, and exceptional internal client serviceInvested in smooth onboarding, attorney development, and successful recruiting programsOffers an opportunity to work closely with firm leadership and recruiting stakeholdersWhat's in it for You?Opportunity to grow your career in legal recruiting and HRExposure to attorney hiring, campus recruiting, and professional development initiativesCollaborative work with attorneys, HR professionals, and firm leadershipA dynamic role with a mix of recruiting, onboarding, event planning, and project supportReady to take your career to the next level?
