LHH is seeking a detail-driven Order Management Representative for a temporary contract opportunity supporting a well-established organization in North Charlotte. This role is ideal for someone with SAP order processing experience, strong Excel skills, and a customer-focused mindset who can step in quickly and add value with minimal ramp-up. This is expected to run May through October, with competitive hourly pay and a hybrid work schedule after training.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (30-minute or 1-hour lunch option)What You'll Be Responsible For:Processing customer orders accurately in SAPManaging 40-50 orders per week with attention to detailAnswering inbound customer calls and providing professional, timely supportResponding to emails and order-related requestsCommunicating order status, item availability, and quantitiesPartnering with an internal marketing team to send product and promotional informationRunning basic Excel reports related to items and quantitiesWhat We Are Looking For:Recent SAP order entry / order processing experienceExcel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs (required)Experience with basic formulas and pivot tablesStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to learn quickly with a short training windowComfortable working independently in a structured, professional environmentWork Setup & Environment:Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote after trainingFully onsite during initial trainingCasual dress code (jeans allowed; no holes)
