To offer the very best in style for a childhood that is joyful, fresh, chic, and elegant.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and solutions-driven Wholesale Operations Specialist to support and optimize our wholesale operations across the Americas.This role acts as the operational pillar of the subsidiary, ensuring a seamless flow between supply chain, warehouse operations, financial processes, and retail partner requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting revenue accuracy, and improving operational efficiency across the entire order-to-billing cycle.This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, highly operational environment, with strong expertise in EDI, retail compliance, and cross-functional coordination.Key Responsibilities1.Supply Chain & Logistics CoordinationTrack and monitor international inbound shipments in coordination with European headquartersProvide full visibility on delivery timelines, warehouse arrivals, and potential delaysOversee inventory control by auditing Purchase Orders (POs) against physical receiptsManage Purchase Transfers (PTs) and coordinate high-volume inbound flows with 3PL partners2.Financial Operations & Revenue ProtectionManage the full invoicing and credit memo lifecycle using QuickBooks DesktopCoordinate with Finance teams to validate customer credit lines and shipment approvalsMonitor key account portals (e.g. Amazon, Saks) to track, dispute, and resolve chargebacksAnalyze root causes of deductions and implement corrective actions to minimize revenue leakagemercial Operations & Sales SupportMaintain and update digital product catalogs across retail platforms (GSX, Intertrade, etc.)Support sales teams by preparing accurate product data, imagery, and order-specific documentationEnsure smooth communication and execution with retail partners to support sell-in activitiesSystems, EDI & Data IntegrityOversee EDI workflows to ensure accurate and compliant data exchange with major US retailersManage and monitor WMS data flows to guarantee alignment between warehouse, orders, and invoicingAct as a key point of control for data accuracy across systems, ensuring consistency and reliabilityProfile5+ years of experience in commercial operations, supply chain coordination (fashion or retail environment preferred).Strong expertise in EDI systems and workflows (experience with platforms such as EZCOM is a plus).High proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Solid understanding of US retail requirements, including Big Box and luxury department stores.Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Knowledge of French would be a plus.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusFull health benefits package (medical, dental, vision)Opportunity to work with globally recognized fashion brandsA dynamic, international, and collaborative work environmentSalary based on qualifications, ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 per yearJob Type: Full-timeHealth benefits:· Dental insurance· Health insurance· Paid time off· Vision insuranceWork Location: In person, with the option to work from home one day a week
