Role: Project Manager, (individual contributor)Organization: RiveraLocation: Hybrid - Columbus, Ohio / Remote possibleReports to: VP, Product StrategyMain Purpose of Job Rivera is seeking a project manager to guide the successful operation of our client-facing teams (account management, pharmacy analytics, implementation, and IT). This individual will be responsible for coordinating between internal and external teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the timely completion of high-quality client deliverables. The ideal candidate has experience working with pharmacy claims data, coordinating between technical and non-technical teams, is comfortable establishing standard procedures, and is a skilled peer influencer.In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening our client-facing project management system through . This includes coordinating work across new client implementations and the ongoing management of existing clients. This work often includes tracking the receipt and digestion of required setup documentation, coordinating the timely receipt of internal deliverables, and identifying and unblocking issues for client-facing teams. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and critical thinker capable of understanding complex pharmacy analytics software to bridge the gap between client needs and technical requirements.This is an individual contributor role.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the planning, tracking, and execution of client implementations and ongoing deliverables to ensure we meet client expectationsWork closely with client-facing team leaders and IT to track project progress and report performance to leadershipIdentify, communicate, and help unblock barriers that pose threats to on time project deliveriesMaintain clear and proactive communication regarding project progress and potential roadblocksContinuously analyze project performance and help the client-facing teams implement best practices that help improve our product development processHelp define and implement standard operating procedures to strengthen the performance of all client-facing teamsRequired Skills, Attributes, and BackgroundStrong planning and organizational skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives concurrentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex messages succinctlyProven ability to operate independently and strategically in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience managing and tracking project timelines with or similar planning softwareHighly proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint & Excel)3-4 years of professional experience in a project management roleBachelor's degree in operations, computer science, information systems, or a related fieldPreferred background (points to set yourself apart)Prior work experience with health plans, PBMs, or pharmacy organizationsPMP, CSM, or other comparable project management certificationsExperience with or like project management software (Asana, Jira, AzureDevOps, Clickup)Prior work experience in a startup environment a plus
