LHH is excited to partner with our Jeffersonville-based manufacturing client in their search for a qualified Office Manager to add to their team. seeking a high-ownership Office Manager / Executive Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of the company and a trusted partner to the President. This is a high-trust role owning weekly payroll, office execution, employee engagement mechanics, and executive follow-through. This position offers tremendous career growth opportunity and competitive compensation/benefits/PTO in addition to a great family culture!Responsibilities:Payroll & Office OperationsOwn weekly payroll end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and on-time executionPartner with accounting to improve payroll processes, controls, and standard workManage office supply vendors and administrative service providersMaintain organized, reliable, and scalable office systemsServe as a trusted point of contact for employees, vendors, and external partners.Executive Assistant Support (40%)Provide direct administrative support to the PresidentManage calendars, correspondence, reporting, and meeting preparationTrack action items and ensure follow-through on commitmentsAnticipate needs and protect leadership focus.People, Engagement & TrainingLead onboarding and offboarding processesCoordinate employee engagement activities and all-company meetingsSupport recruiting logistics including job postings, interview scheduling, and job fairs.Continuous ImprovementLearn and apply continuous improvement / Lean principlesIdentify inefficiencies in office and administrative processes and lead improvementsDocument and standardize workflows to improve consistency and clarity.Requirements:3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar roleDemonstrated ownership of payroll or other high-trust administrative processesStrong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and discretionProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP experience requiredAbility to operate independently with strong follow-throughTeam-focused mindset with a service orientation.Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferredIf you are a qualified candidate and interested in confidentially exploring this career opportunity, please contact Angie Moller at angie.moller@.
