Ideal for candidates with relocation or logistics experience, this position plays a key role in ensuring smooth move execution and accurate financial processing.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for customers, drivers, and agents throughout the relocation processCoordinate household goods (HHG) or commercial moves from initiation to completionTrack shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery of servicesPrepare and manage all move-related documentation in line with industry standardsUpdate shipment details and maintain accurate records in internal systemsAssist with scheduling crews, resources, and transportation logisticsEnsure compliance with company policies and relocation industry regulationsProcess billing documentation, invoices, and customer charges accuratelyMaintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all move and billing recordsSupport reporting requirements, including weekly and monthly operational reportsCollaborate with operations, warehouse, and dispatch teams to streamline workflowsProvide administrative and occasional front-desk support as requiredKey Skills and Experience:Experience in the moving and relocation industry (HHG or O&I preferred)Previous experience in coordination, billing, or administrative rolesStrong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh attention to detail with accurate data entry and recordkeeping skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
