Global Electronic Services is a fast-growing industrial electronics repair company serving customers nationwide. We're looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to join our team in Buford, GA. This role is hands-on and plays a key part in keeping our repair operations moving by sourcing parts, managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and controlling costs.What You'll Do:Track and analyze spend by department and categoryCreate, manage, and stay within purchasing budgetsManage and approve inventory requests including warehouse and office supply needsResearch, source, and purchase electronic components, boards, motors, drives, and related partsIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers when neededNegotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with vendors to control costsManage supplier relationships and performance (quality, delivery, pricing)Create, manage, and stay within purchasing budgetsWork closely with technicians, operations, and management to forecast part needsMaintain accurate purchasing records and documentationResolve supplier issues, back orders, and shortagesSupport cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or EconomicsMinimum 5 years experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chainPreferred Skills / Experience:Experience sourcing hard-to-find or obsolete parts (industrial or electronic a plus)Strong research and problem-solving skillsComfortable negotiating with vendors and suppliersOrganized, detail-oriented, and budget-consciousStrong Excel and basic reporting skillsAbility to work in-office and collaborate with technical and operations teamsProfessional communication skills (email, phone, vendor management)Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Business One a plus)Location Requirement:This is an in-office position in Buford, GA, Monday through Friday. Remote or hybrid is not available.
