The Service Technician is a key member of our small team.LocationThe position is home based in the Lititz (PA) area with some travel expected, mainly in the US (with possible international travel), depending on the location of projects.Technical Support SpecialistIn this customer facing role, your main responsibliities will be to ensure after-sales maintenanceoperations support on our robots installed at customers sites within the Americas Region. You will provide hardware technical support for Customers, Dealer Technicans, Integraton and OEMpartners.Key duties:Provide telephone troubleshooting guidance functioning as second and third level supportDocument action plans and final resolutions for a support service providedProvide on the job training (OJT) as necessaryPerform the robot retrofits and upgrades as necessaryQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree PreferredGood mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systemsAbility to read and understand electrical schematics.Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate lift trucks.Certified Forklift Technicians desired but not requiredExperience with C- C++ Matlab Python highly desiredVisa or long term working authorization are required for this jobBalyo is an equal opportunity employer
