The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and advancing plant automation and control systems across multiple facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and optimize PLC and HMI-based control systems across manufacturing operations.Troubleshoot and resolve automation and production issues to minimize downtime.Design, program, test, and debug Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC systems using Logix platforms.Develop intuitive HMI interfaces and process visualizations.Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, and IT teams.Oversee external automation vendors and support plant expansion or capital projects.Ensure system reliability, cybersecurity, and proper documentation.Maintain control system standards, spare parts, and software licensing.Provide training to maintenance teams and offer on-call support for critical systems.Promote a strong safety-first culture within automation and controls activities.Required ExperienceBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).3+ years of controls engineering experience within a process or industrial manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs and Logix programmingExperience with HMI/SCADA platforms such as FactoryTalk ViewAVEVA InTouch, or AVEVA EdgeStrong understanding of industrial networking and control system design.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
