Job Description

LHH is partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed distribution organization is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to drive strategic purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain optimization across a multi-site network. This role will play a key part in supporting acquisitions, improving systems and processes, and ensuring efficient inventory and material flow across 25+ warehouse locations.Our client offers excellent benefits, including bonus potential and strong growth opportunity within a high-impact environment! The base compensation for this role is dependent on experience ranging from $115K-$130K.Key Responsibilities:Lead strategic vendor management including supplier negotiations, performance management, and relationship developmentManage large-scale purchasing initiatives and cost-saving opportunities (including high-value buys)Drive demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply allocation across multiple locationsAnalyze large datasets using advanced Excel to support inventory optimization and decision-makingPartner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales to solve supply chain challengesSupport ERP data management, product setup, and system configuration improvementsAssist in integrating newly acquired businesses by standardizing processes and consolidating dataDevelop and track KPIs and dashboards to improve supply chain visibility and performanceDrive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, inventory, and fulfillment operationsQualifications:5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory planningStrong vendor management and negotiation experienceAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)Experience working within ERP systems and managing large datasetsAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred:Experience in distribution, fulfillment, or multi-site warehouse environmentsExposure to acquisitions, systems integration, or process standardization initiativesFamiliarity with procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processesExperience with ERP systems Experience with data visualization or business intelligence toolsBenefitsFull-time employees may receive: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Life insurance and short-term & long-term disability coverage Bonus potential (up to 20%) Paid holidays and PTO Additional voluntary benefits
