Sr Product/Program Manager - IT Transformation (App Dev, Infra, Organizational Change)Hybrid/Mainly Remote: Required to be in office every 2-3 weeks near Yakima, WA - 98901Salary range: $150,000 to $160,000Incentive: 10% targetRole, Responsibilities & Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management systemsDeep expertise in managing complex transformations and organizational changeProven ability to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide initiativesExperience applying Agile methodologies in software development environmentsCross-functional partnership experience supporting infrastructure projects and diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage program budgets, vendors, invoicing, and financial trackingStrong relationship-building skills with an executive-level communication and presenceIT Transformation EnvironmentThe IT organization is undergoing significant modernization and transformationPrior experience leading or supporting enterprise IT transformations is highly desirableOpportunity to be part of a newly formed team driving meaningful, company-wide change'Requirements· 7+ years of experience in IT program management, product management, or related leadership roles· Proven experience leading large-scale IT transformations and complex, cross-functional initiatives· Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices· Hands-on experience delivering cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern enterprise platforms· Demonstrated success driving change management and stakeholder alignment· Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive leadership· Deep experience leading large-scale technology transformations, managing change, and delivering cloud-based solutions using modern Agile practices.· A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.· Experience leading ERP, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), data & analytics platforms, or enterprise SaaS initiatives· Formal certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, and/or Change Management preferredAdditional Details: · Remote based· Dealing with highly confidential information· Working with tight time constraints or with business activities of a seasonal/cyclical nature· Occasionally travels, including overnight stays, to other worksites, for off-site meetings/training
