We build and operate shows that drive real results for creators and advertisers"”and our financial operations are scaling to match.We're looking for a Financial Operations Associate to help us run a clean, accurate, high-functioning finance function across a dynamic, revenue-generating media business.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Financial Operations Associate based in New York, NY, with flexibility to work from home for certain tasks.This role focuses on maintaining accurate, consistent financial operations across a high-volume, partnership-driven media business.You will work closely with leadership, to support the systems that track revenue, manage billing, and ensure financial clarity across the organization.Tasks You'll Own:Invoicing across brand partnerships, sponsorships & campaignsAccounts receivable tracking & follow-upRevenue reconciliation across shows, clients & platformsContractor payments & revenue share calculationsVendor payments & expense managementMonthly close support & P&L reportingQualifications:Have hands-on accounting experience in a growing businessAre highly proficient in QuickBooksUnderstand campaign- or project-based revenue modelsCan manage multiple financial workflows with accuracy and speedThrive in lean, fast-moving environmentsBonus: Experience in media, podcasting, agencies, or creator/talent payment structuresCompensation: $40-$65/hour (commensurate with experience)To Apply: Send your resume + a brief summary of relevant experience to jobs@
