This role will focus on the delivery of complex building systems across a diverse portfolio of commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional to take ownership of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from design coordination through construction and commissioning.Position OverviewThe MEP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of MEP delivery, ensuring systems are designed, coordinated, and installed in line with project requirements, budget, and schedule.Acting as a key liaison between clients, design teams, and contractors, you will play a critical role in ensuring technical alignment, constructability, and successful integration of building systems throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage MEP scope from design development through construction and commissioningCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors on all MEP-related mattersReview design documents, specifications, and drawings for completeness and constructabilityMonitor project budgets, schedules, and performance related to MEP systemsOversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and installation activitiesManage RFIs, submittals, and change orders related to MEP packagesConduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and complianceSupport testing, commissioning, and handover processesIdentify risks and provide solutions to maintain project objectivesIdeal Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a well-rounded MEP professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage complex building systems in a fast-paced environment.Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field)Proven experience managing MEP scopes on commercial or large-scale construction projectsStrong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building systems integrationExperience working in a consultancy, contractor, or client-side environmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilitiesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)Discretionary bonus401(k)Medical, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTO
