A global company is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The role is in-office, with the opportunity to work remotely when the CEO travels (the CEO travels up to 50% of the time). About the Job:Managing complex calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and competing priorities to ensure clear visibility into daily, weekly, and long-term schedulesIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance processes, and improve overall organizational effectiveness for the CEO and leadership teamVet and prioritize the CEO's emailsPrepare materials for meetings (including Board meetings) distribute materials, and ensure appropriate follow-up and supportLead projects and initiatives, including conducting research and analysis on behalf of the CEOCoordinate and partner with other Executive AssistantsCoordinate complex travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and logisticsAttend events with the CEOProcess expense reportsHandling highly confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and integritySome off-hour availability requiredAbout You:Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting a CEOBA/BS from a college or university (or 10 years of experience supporting a CEO)Experience supporting a senior executive in a global organization a plusAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and related productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn and leverage new technologiesStrong communication skills: written and verbalStrategic thinkerPolished, professional demeanor and the gravitas to interact with high-level executivesOutstanding communication skillsSalary, Bonus, Benefits (medical, dental vision), 401K, Life Insurance, 4 weeks Paid Vacation Hours: 8-5
