A financial services firm is seeking a Senior Associate of Talent. This role is 5 days onsite.Description:Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across all departmentsMaintain accurate records and reporting in the applicant tracking system and prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reportsDevelop and sustain talent pipelinesExecute recruiting strategies to enhance candidate quality and decrease time-to-hireStay informed on financial services trends to provide market insightsManage and maintain relationships with external recruiting agenciesEvaluate agency performance to ensure alignment with internal standards and hiring timelinesCoordinate onboarding activities, including background checks, documentation, and equipment setupSource, screen, and assess candidates within private equity, private credit, asset management, fintech, and broader financial servicesAssist in creating and improving onboarding materials and processesRequirements:5+ years of experience in recruitingCompleted Bachelors DegreeExperience in financial servicesStrong communications skills and ability to work in a fast paced environmentThe annual base salary range is $130,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
