Administrative and HR AssistantPay: $20 per hourSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMA well-established Central New York organization is hiring an Administrative HR Assistant to support a busy HR, benefits, payroll, and client service environment. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced office, and can juggle front desk responsibilities with HR related support.Key Responsibilities· Serve as a front desk point of contact and deliver excellent customer service· Provide administrative support to payroll, benefits, and client service teams· Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system· Assist with employee and customer questions and help resolve concerns professionally· Maintain accurate records and support day to day office tasks as neededQualifications· Strong customer service and communication skills with patience and professionalism· Prior HR support experience preferred, but candidates with strong reception and customer facing experience will be considered· Highly organized with strong attention to detail· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook· Ability to adapt quickly as priorities and tasks change· Associate degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred· Three years of administrative experience preferredExcellent benefits package to include: 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time off and more.
