The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data into company systems and databases. Additional responsibilities include verifying the accuracy of input information, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining records for efficient retrieval. This individual will also collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and provide excellent customer support when needed.QualificationsProficient typing and data entry skills with a strong attention to accuracyBasic to advanced computer literacy, including familiarity with databases and software toolsExperience with administrative assistance tasks such as organizing files and maintaining recordsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service experience, with a focus on professionalism and problem-solvingAbility to multi-task effectively and maintain focus in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in office administration is a plusPrior experience in data entry, administrative roles, or a related field is preferred
