This role supports the successful execution of clinical studies by ensuring equipment is properly tracked, maintained, and available when needed.This position goes beyond shipping and receiving"”this role is responsible for maintaining inventory integrity across systems and the physical environment, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and supporting operational and financial accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end tracking of inventory, including receiving, inspection, deployment, return, and reconciliation of ECG kits and components Ensure inventory accuracy across systems and physical counts, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively Coordinate shipment and return of devices, ensuring timely delivery to support study timelines Perform equipment inspection, testing, calibration, and decontamination in accordance with quality standards Build and maintain ECG kits to ensure readiness for deployment Maintain accurate, audit-ready inventory records in compliance with quality and regulatory standards Partner with Operations, Project Management, and Finance to support device tracking, availability, and billing accuracy Support continuous improvement of inventory processes, controls, and system usageWhat Success Looks LikeInventory records are accurate and consistently reconciled Devices are tracked throughout their full lifecycle with minimal loss or delay Shipments and returns are timely and well-documented Inventory-related issues are identified and resolved before impacting operations or billing Cross-functional teams trust inventory dataQualifications2-5+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, or asset management (preferably with devices or equipment) Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 preferred) Strong attention to detail paired with accountability and follow-through Comfortable working with inventory or asset tracking systems Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with multiple teams Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and take ownership of resolution
