This position is responsible for building custom AI-powered solutions, designing and delivering enablement programs, and ensuring our enterprise AI toolset delivers measurable value to our advisors, clients, and operations teams.A core expectation of this role is developing a deep understanding of Savills' commercial real estate business, including brokerage, research, marketing, and client workflows"”and translating that knowledge into high-impact AI applications. This includes learning how client assignments are executed end-to-end, from pursuit through execution, in order to identify where AI can improve speed, quality, and consistency of work delivered to clients.In addition to enhancing execution, this role will help rethink how Savills engages clients during the pursuit of new business, exploring how AI can elevate the quality, insight, and personalization of pitches, proposals, and client interactions. The AI Enablement Engineer will play a key role in shaping and evolving best practices, recognizing that both client expectations and AI capabilities will continue to change rapidly.The ideal candidate is technically fluent, highly resourceful, and equally comfortable building solutions and communicating their value to non-technical audiences. This role is embedded within Savills North America's technology team, working closely with and under the direction of the Chief Information Officer.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSolution development & integrationDesign, prototype, and deploy AI-powered workflows and integrations across the Savills enterprise AI stack (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365, Box)Build and maintain prompt libraries, agent configurations, workflow playbooks, and custom enablement toolkitsDevelop integrations that connect AI tools with existing business systems "” including Salesforce, Outlook, Box, and Excel "” to reduce manual work and improve decision-makingPilot and document high-value use cases in partnership with business and department leadersPrototype solutions quickly to validate effectiveness before investing in scaleCoordinate with global counterparts in other Savills regionsAdoption & enablementLead training live demonstrations, and onboarding sessions tailored to advisor and operations audiencesServe as the organization's internal subject matter expert on generative AI tools, features, and emerging capabilitiesCreate and maintain accessible documentation, workflow guides, and micro-learning materials that reduce friction for end usersAnalyze enterprise AI usage data to identify adoption trends, engagement gaps, and opportunity areasGather user feedback, identify barriers, and continuously refine enablement approaches based on dataGovernance & operationsDefine and maintain internal AI use guidelines that enable productivity within appropriate data security and compliance guardrailsPartner with IT, legal and management to ensure tools and custom solutions meet enterprise standardsMaintain a prioritized roadmap of AI use cases and integration opportunities across the organizationPrepare structured reporting on adoption metrics, participation trends, and productivity indicators for leadershipStrategic supportStay current on advancements across the generative AI landscape and surface relevant developments and recommendationsProvide input on vendor evaluation, tool consolidation, and platform investment decisions based on direct hands-on experienceSupport internal AI advisory structures as a subject matter resourcePerform other duties and special projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in enterprise technology, consulting, business operations, or a related field2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying practical solutions using generative AI platforms such as Claude/Anthropic, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Box AI or Microsoft CopilotDemonstrated experience with enterprise integrations involving Box, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or comparable platformsExperience facilitating training sessions or enablement programs for non-technical audiencesExposure to prompt engineering, agentic workflows, MCP configurations, or API-based integrations preferredExperience in commercial real estate or professional services a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKEY COMPETENCIESTechnical expertiseProblem-solving & critical thinkingStrong communication & collaborationProactive & solutions-oriented mindsetAdaptability & flexibilitySavills values a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
