The individual will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, scheduling and coordinating meetings, dinner/lunch reservations, overseeing office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration. They will work closely with leadership to ensure organizational efficiency and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsStrong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administrative AssistanceExperience in preparing and managing Expense ReportsProficiency in providing Executive Support, including scheduling and calendar managementExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholdersStrong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask effectivelyProficiency in standard office software and tools, google office suite, Microsoft 365 suiteBachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related fieldPrevious experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager is highly preferredAbility to work on-site in New York, NY
