Position Summary:Boombah Inc. is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to support product marketing initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and brand development efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Development, this role will play a key part in bringing products and campaigns to market while helping identify new opportunities to reach prospective customers and expand brand awareness.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about both marketing and consumer trends. This individual will help execute marketing projects, support product launches, conduct audience and market research, and contribute to strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement.Job Responsibilities· Research and stay current on industry trends, consumer behaviors, competitor activity, and emerging marketing opportunities.· Conduct market and audience research to identify effective ways to reach prospective customers and strengthen brand visibility.· Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and company initiatives.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and content that align with the Boombah brand.· Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.· Support digital marketing efforts including website content updates, email campaigns, social media initiatives, and online promotions.· Edit and format images and creative assets for websites, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.· Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to help optimize future marketing strategies.· Ensure all marketing materials and assets maintain consistency and accuracy.· Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, efficiencies, and overall campaign effectiveness.· Assist with additional marketing and product development projects as assigned.Qualifications· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field required.· 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, creative marketing support, or related roles.· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat preferred.· Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer engagement strategies, and digital communication platforms.· Experience conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends.· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.· Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative marketing ideas and solutions.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership.· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
