Recruiter, the AmericasOverview: The Recruiter, the Americas will be the primary support for full-time/part-time recruitment for retail boutiques across the US/CAN/MEX, as well as the New York corporate office. Their primary focus is to conduct full-cycle recruiting - sourcing, pre-screen, face-to-face interviews - with any/all appropriate parties in order to find the best talent to join our teams. The Recruiter will report to the Sr. HR Director, the Americas.Responsibilities:Responsible for recruitment for full-time and part-time positions (entry-level to Manager-level) for all entities in both retail and corporate environmentsEffectively source best-in-class candidates both actively and passively, heavily utilizing the LinkedIn Recruiter platformPartner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and align on role expectations, recruitment strategy, budget, and up-to-date job descriptionsPerform in-person and virtual interviews with candidatesExtend verbal offers to new hires once profiles are mutually agreed upon by hiring managers/department heads/HRCreate and send out offer letters for all new hires Ensure professional reference checks are completed for all final candidatesProcess background checks for final candidates with extended offersMaintain relationships with candidates to pipeline talent for consideration when new positions emergeProactively build talent network for future jobs when able, by performing exploratory/information interviews on a regular basis Actively participate in networking groups/events to promote the company and make new contacts; Stay "current" in the marketplace Track the internal database of candidates and resumesMaintain the open-to-hire weekly report to track all recruitment progress, to be reviewed on a weekly basis in team meetingsSend out monthly recruitment updates related to current openings to the regionTrack and confirm employee referrals and subsequent referral bonus'Travel when needed for new store recruitment and market visitsConduct research to understand and analyze recruitment trends by market Let down candidates with whom the team will not be moving forwardSkills/Requirements: Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in fashion recruitment/Human Resources or similar roleIdeal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business Adheres to company policy and confidentiality- is a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of corporate responsibility- setting the standard Proficient in all of Microsoft Office/SuiteExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter a plusVersatile and flexible; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt to the needs of the business Driven to learn and grow, grasp new concepts quickly, prioritizes efficiently and is organizedExcellent communication skills, both oral and written; follows professional presentation Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail needed, shows initiative, ability to meet deadlines Team player, "no task is too big or too small" attitude, committed, positive, and reliable Thrives off a busy environment and able to balance numerous projects and tasks, and has the ability to keep up with changing priorities Passion for Christian Louboutin brand Christian Louboutin Company Core Values Employees who work for Christian Louboutin should embody and believe in our Core Values as defined: Down to Earth - We stand with authenticity, integrity and respect.
