Social Media & Community SpecialistRetail$40.00 - $46.89 per hourMonday-Friday20 - 30 hours per week with some weekends and eveningsColumbus, Ohio, Hybrid 1 days in officeContract through the end of July 2026What You'll Do:Lead daily community engagement across social platforms, delivering timely, brand-right interactions that build affinity and grow audience engagementManage and respond to comments and messages across owned channels, fostering relationships with followers and superfansIdentify and engage with relevant user-generated content (UGC) and trending conversations to drive brand participation in earned spacesEnsure all interactions reflect brand voice, tone, and cultural relevanceMonitor and surface emerging sentiment, recurring questions, and product feedback to internal teamsTrack and analyze performance metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement, EMV) to optimize community strategiesPartner with marketing and cross-functional teams to support campaigns and ad hoc initiativesWhat We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field1+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketingStrong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (including brand voice and cultural awareness)Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across audiences and platformsAnalytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and delivering actionable insightsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProactive, self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentApply Today!Upload your resume - no cover letter required.
