This role combines hands-on warehouse work with office-based inventory tracking and reconciliation tasks to help maintain accurate inventory records and support smooth warehouse operations.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and in an administrative setting, using RF scanners, inventory systems, and Crown Order Picker equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory balances and warehouse recordsProcess inventory transactions accurately and on timeInvestigate and reconcile inventory discrepanciesAssist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and auditsCommunicate inventory issues and variances to supervisorsUse RF scanning devices for inventory tracking and task managementOperate Crown Order Picker equipment up to 40 feet highParticipate in daily safety meetings and follow all safety proceduresProvide general warehouse and administrative support as neededRequired SkillsBasic Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel and Word)Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)Basic math skills (addition/subtraction)Good attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamComfortable working in a warehouse environmentAbility to lift/move up to 10 lbsPreferred Qualifications0-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experienceExperience with inventory reconciliation or warehouse systemsHigh school diploma or GED preferredWork Environment & EquipmentHybrid warehouse/office role (approximately 75% warehouse / 25% office)Dry warehouse environment (60-90°F)RF scanning devicesCrown Order Picker equipmentSteel toe boots/shoes highly recommended
