We welcome passionate experts who deeply understand our brand values and are ready to lead change and growth in a new market.[Key Responsibilities]Team Leadership & Personnel ManagementLead the store team to maintain service standards and make operational decisions based on real-time situations.Establish labor plans, manage schedules, and oversee total labor costs based on sales targets and customer traffic.Take responsibility for team operations, including attendance, performance management, evaluation, and feedback.Lead HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, and training, to build and maintain a stable store organization.Store Operations & Payment ManagementAssume full responsibility for overall store operations, including POS, payments, cash management, and daily settlements.Execute and manage compliance with payment regulations, security standards, and company policies.Continuously improve operational efficiency and manage the floor to ensure smooth customer service during peak hours.Business Performance & SalesManage store performance metrics (conversion rates, average transaction value, sales per hour) and take responsibility for achieving sales goals.Develop and implement sales strategies reflecting store conditions and customer demographics to drive results.Oversee overall inventory operations, establish systems for loss prevention, and minimize shrinkage.Brand Experience & Customer ExcellenceOversee the customer experience, continuously improving service quality and maintaining brand standards.Maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and Visual Merchandising (VMD) to align with the brand image.Directly resolve customer complaints and issues to improve satisfaction and brand trust.Build relationships with customers and expand the local customer base to establish a sustainable sales foundation.[Qualifications]Language SkillsProficiency in both Korean and English (Bilingual Required).
