The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating integrated master plans and schedules to ensure successful program execution and delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with detailed task logic, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths• Coordinate schedules across cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, finance, quality, and operations• Monitor program performance against schedules and identify schedule variances, risks, and opportunities• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, driving path, and risk assessments• Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements• Prepare and deliver schedule reports, metrics, and presentations for program leadership and customers• Develop recovery/workaround plans to mitigate delays and schedule impacts• Ensure all scheduling deliverables are completed accurately and submitted on time• Support Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and contract deliverable requirementsRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field• 7+ years of experience in planning/scheduling or project controls• Strong experience building Integrated Master Schedules using WBS, RAM, and SOW• Hands-on experience with scheduling tools such as Open Plan and Microsoft Project• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS)• Ability to analyze complex scheduling data and communicate effectively with stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or government programs• Knowledge of government contracts and EVMS compliance methodologies• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAdditional Information:• Drug Screen Required• Background Check Required
