A prestigious, globally established organization based in Rosemont is looking to hire a highly professional Executive Assistant to support members of its C-Suite leadership team. This outstanding opportunity offers a salary range of $110,000-$140,000, commensurate with experience, along with the chance to partner directly with senior executives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-impact environment. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to executive operations, ensuring priorities are effectively managed, initiatives are advanced, and day-to-day functions run seamlessly across a complex global organization, while also providing office management support as needed. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, exceptionally organized, and able to adapt quickly in a demanding environment while managing sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and sound judgment. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to, health insurance, generous PTO, and a 401(k) plan.Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple C-Suite executivesManage complex and ever-changing calendars, coordinating meetings, calls, and competing prioritiesArrange domestic and international travel, including end-to-end itinerary planning and logistics coordinationPrepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive-level correspondenceServe as a primary liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholdersSafeguard confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalismCoordinate board meetings, leadership sessions, and organization-wide eventsMonitor key projects and ensure timely follow-through on strategic initiatives and deliverablesPlan and execute quarterly board meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and catering coordinationSupport administrative operations for a small satellite office as neededAssist with special projects, research initiatives, and strategic priorities as assignedQualifications for the Executive Assistant:3-4 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership or C-Suite executivesBachelor's degree preferredExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Proven experience managing complex calendars and coordinating executive travelStrong track record of handling confidential information with discretion and professionalismHighly detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentProactive, resourceful, and strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needsP-4
