This role requires a hands-on approach to data extraction, analysis, and interpretation.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTLead end-to-end audit engagements (planning, execution, reporting) across operational and compliance areas.Independently extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify risks, trends, and control gaps.Translate data insights into clear audit findings and actionable business recommendations.Develop executive-ready reports summarizing key risks, insights, and impact.Perform ongoing data analysis to detect anomalies and emerging issues.Partner cross-functionally to implement data-driven corrective actions.Maintain audit documentation supported by accurate data and sound methodologies.Support investigations, special projects, and ad hoc data analysis.Collaborate with leadership on audit strategy and business priorities.Mentor team members and contribute to talent development.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEEight or more years of experience with at least five years of related work experience in public accounting (internal or external audit), management consulting, data analysis, or financial analysis.Bachelor's degree preferred.Master's degree a plus.Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal controls.Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data modeling) with the ability to work with large datasets.Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Python) is highly preferred.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership.Self-starter who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in environments without dedicated analytics support.Three or more years of leadership or team management experience preferred.WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOUCompensation Range: $107,800.00 - $154,000.00 annual base salaryMonthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, with employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts401(k) retirement plan with Employer MatchAdditional 401(K) Employer Enhanced Contribution program - eligible after 1 year of employment, in addition to the regular employer matching contributionVacation and sick time offEmployer-paid basic life and disability coverage, including Paid-Family Leave.Mental health, wellbeing, and employee assistance programHealth advocate (support)Education Reimbursement program: Up to $5,250 per year for employees seeking higher education degrees.External Training and Development ProgramsWHAT HAPPENS NEXTExpress your interest by submitting an application.
