Humphreys & Partners Architects is seeking a CA Coordinator to join our Construction Administration teamResponsibilitiesWorking directly with project teams, the CA Coordinator will:Process and distribute incoming RFI's, submittals, and other related project correspondence via Newforma, Procore, and other similar construction management software toolsCommunicate with the CA field staff, Architecture staff, and external partners regarding project status and construction-related issuesMaintain favorable working relationships with clients, contractors, and project teamsAttend OAC and internal meetings, as requestedAssist with production projects, when neededQualificationsHigh school diploma required; postsecondary education in Business Administration or Construction Management preferredProficient in Microsoft Office and other common office softwareKnowledge of construction terminology and project management software (e.g., Newforma, Procore, PlanGrid) is highly valuedStrong ability to identify, organize, and prioritize critical tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPositive, motivated, and results-driven attitudeAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.This job description is not designated to contain a comprehensive list of duties and responsibilities required for this job.
